Power Protection Plan

Cherokee Electric Cooperative offers its members a plan to help protect your valuable electronics. The Power Protection Plan gives you the power to protect your belongings with UL-approved components that guard against damaging lightning spikes.

The Power Protection Plan offers whole-home lightning protection for your residence. The package will help you protect your meter, individual wall outlet locations, cable television system and telephone lines.

After an initial $75 installation fee, the Power Protection Plan adds just $5 to your monthly power bill for lease of the equipment (36-month contract required).
